We scheduled a major rework of our laterals and new water lines throughout particularly for a larger basement bathroom that we relocated for a complete basement remodel. I sincerely dreaded the noise and mess to follow from the concrete cuts, dust, hauling concrete out and stone and new cement back downstairs! I expected and feared the whole house and yard would be a disastrous muddy dirty mess. However, The Rozga crew headed up by Arnold (Arnie) with the incredibly hard working guys-Callahan, Dan, Eric, Evan and Hunter was admirable. These gentlemen started early and worked all day long going up and down our basement stairs repeatedly for days hauling things in and out and up and down and they just kept working! It was quite impressive. Our arthritic knees ached just watching them work. From start to finish the attention to detail was impeccable. Plastic walls from floor to ceiling were set up to help keep the mess to a minimum in the rest of the home and at each days end the basement was left as clean as possible which we could not have appreciated more! A huge shout of praise with a side of thank you to Arnie and the entire Rozga crew for their professionalism, cleanliness and very very hard work. I needed the broken sewer lateral from my house to the street repaired. Rozga Plumbing arrived this morning and even tho they ran into unexpected situations were able to complete the repair by early afternoon. Excellent work. Arnold and his crew were professional and efficient. Replaced all the sewer lines underneath our basement floor in three days. Work on time and on schedule. Kept us informed every step of the way. Took great care to minimize the mess and cleaned up everything. Everyone who worked on the job was great -was a pleasure to have them in our house. We have used Rozga for all our plumbing needs - sump pump replacement, connection to city water, sewer lateral replacement and now this project. Highly recommend.

I can't emphasize enough what a great company this is! The plumber I dealt with, Matt R, displayed an amazing expertise in diagnosing and repairing a major pipe clog from my kitchen that was causing a very serious basement flood. I normally don't write reviews, but this guy was absolutely impressive! Next, he repaired a completely broken toilet in minutes. When an unrelated problem with the toilet arose that had nothing to do with the work he did, he returned and fixed it gratis. What I paid for all this work was more than reasonable! Going forward, I would never consider using another plumbing company. They're that good! They are everything you would want from a plumbing company. Completely honest and professional! From the dispatcher Cody to the talented plumber Matt R, I received only the most courteous and professional service. These are highly skilled specialists who will give you a square deal, and who no doubt understand how to keep a customer. I left a message after hours about a leaking garbage disposal. They called me back 1st thing the next morning. l was given many options for appointments. I needed to change the appointment time and they were very accommodating. Plumber Ray arrived on time, answered my questions, and replaced my disposal quickly, with no mess. Ray asked if I had any other needs while he was there and I asked him to replace a drain plug and faucet handle in the bathroom. He was very knowlegdable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Rozga Plumbing for any and all of your plumbing needs. Thanks Ray!!

Matt R was great, he explained what he was doing along the way and made sure I understood what we were looking at. We have an old house with old pipes, so it turned into a two day project, but he was very efficient and friendly, and he left his work area cleaner than he found it. I am hoping to not need a plumber again any time soon, but if I do I will be calling Rozga.

I couldn’t find a company to help service my frozen pipes in my mobile home to save my life!! Cody and Evan from Rozga were amazing!!! They listened to my concern, made time to come help me even tho they were fully booked and made my day!! My water came on right before Evan arrived at my house, so no service was needed but I am so appreciative that they made sure to come help me at the drop of a hat. They are extremely helpful and very professional. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs. Thanks guys!!! 😊

Rozga plumbing did a great job in a service job for a replacement of my utility sink. My service technician Ray was timely, knowledgeable, and professional. Ray did an excellent job and provided advice on plumbing concerns that I had. I will definitely be using Rozga again. They were timely in turnaround, up front pricing, and excellent in the service they provide. Excellent plumber in Ray. We will use Ray and Rozga for all future plumbing needs. Thank you!!
